Open MS Outlook

Select Import option by clicking on File tab > Open > Import

Under an Import and Export Wizard, choose Import from another program or file option

Click on Next

Choose file type to import

Click on Outlook Data File (.pst)

Click on Next

Click Browse

Select the file to import

Check the Do not import Duplicates option.

Click on Next

Now, click on Select the folder to import from.

Now, check the Include subfolders and Import items into the same folder in option

Click on Finish
